Join us in a open topic environment to informally discuss local events, real estate trends, and other relevant topics with
both new and seasoned investors over a great lunch (order off the menu at your expense). 
This is a fantastic venue to bring up your pain points and get input from other investors and
vendors while networking with vendors who specialize in investment properties.  
And maybe bring a friend!  We are always looking for additional contractors, vendors, and lenders to get to know -
this isn't just a lunch for property investors!  There is no fee nor is registration required to attend this event, but we hope you will
see the many benefits of membership and join our organization.  
This is open to anyone interested in Real Estate Investing - regardless of whether or not they are REIA members, plus members from any other affiliated REIAs are welcome, too!  
The only cost to the meeting is whatever you buy to eat or drink from Walther's Twin Tavern, which has a large variety of lunch and salad options as well as standard bar food.
